Product Features

Using imported photoelectric sensors, the resolution for the entire circle position can reach 25 bits.
■ Equipped with differential photoelectric sensor for accurate detection of motor rotor position, good linearity, lower drift, high resolution and repeat positioning.
■ Accurate load design for 20 mm mirrors, high accuracy of motor assembly, reasonable structure, very small static friction coefficient and zero offset, all ensured the best dynamic characteristics for the whole system.
■ By adopting advanced digital servo drive technology, the parameters of the galvanometer motor can be automatically matched and adjusted. The system control can be optimized according to the motor's movement trajectory, thereby enhancing the dynamic response performance and scanning accuracy of the entire system.
■ Real-time acquisition of the key status information of the mirror, and equipped with protection against overload, overcurrent and reverse connection and other abnormal conditions, making the system operation more reliable.
■ Due to the adoption of digital servo drive technology, the overall heat and power consumption is significantly lower.
■ Whole system adopted the optimization designing of electromagnetic compatibility, with high signal-to-noise ratio and strong anti-interference ability.
