Senior Hardware Engineer

Salary range:

Job Responsibilities:
1. Independently conduct hardware requirement analysis and scheme design based on project needs, and provide a systematic solution.
2. Responsible for product schematic design and simulation, PCB layout design, and review of related technical documents;
3. Complete component selection for the project, conduct hardware circuit debugging and testing, and optimize performance.
4. Perform conditioning work for high-speed and small-signal applications;
5. Resolve relevant issues during product design, pilot production, and mass production processes.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Information Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field in electronics, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in hardware development for precision control units. Preference given to candidates with expertise in permanent-magnet brushless motor drive design, PID control design, and small-signal conditioning.
2. Familiar with hardware development processes, proficient in digital and analog electronics, possessing strong circuit analysis skills, and well-versed in industry testing standards.
3. Experience in developing high-speed, high-precision AD/DA converters, ARM/FPGA/DSP systems, high-speed data acquisition cards, or motion control-related products; also have experience in EMC troubleshooting and remediation.
4. Familiar with the use of EDA design software such as Altium Designer and Cadence, as well as simulation tools like Multisim.
5. Outgoing personality with strong communication skills and excellent teamwork abilities; candidates from the laser galvanometer industry are preferred.
