Offline Laser Marking Control System

The control board has 4GB of SSD space. The hard disk speed is fast and the stability is high. It can meet most marking requirements. We only need to import the files into the control board to realize offline marking.

1.Numerous Peripheral Interfaces

3 serial ports, 2 USB ports, 1 100MB network port, 17 external interrupt GPIO, the offline control board has a numerous peripheral expansion interfaces, which are very expandable and convenient for communicating with external interfaces. 

2. Achievable Functions
2.1 Marking content generation methods
① Save in advance
Put text, QR code, barcode, serial number, date, bitmap, vector graphics and other data into the offline control board in advance, and then trigger the marking.
② Generated by external protocol
Through the development of the agreement, the offline control board can receive data through the serial port or network port and then generate the marking content (currently under development).
2.2 Trigger marking
① External IO, triggering marking by judging the IO status
② Through the serial port communication, according to the protocol, the serial port data is received to control the marking.
③ Through network communication, according to the protocol, the network data is received to control the marking
